Returns:

Returns can be made within 30 days of order fulfillment. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

No returns will be accepted after December 1 of the same year an item was purchased, except under exceptional circumstances.

Unwanted items must be returned in unused, unopened condition, and customers will incur the cost of return shipping.
No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior written authorization by a Big Star Lights staff member. Any outstanding balance will be returned via store credit or credit card.

Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of order fulfillment.
Items must be returned in unused, unopened condition, and customers will incur the cost of shipping.
Exchanges can be made for store credit only. Customers will be allocated store credit for the value they paid for the item, at which point the customer can make a secondary order for the desired item(s).
No merchandise will be accepted without prior written authorization by a Big Star Lights staff member.
